Qualified Social Worker, North London, Adult Mental Health - ?25 - ?28 per hour
The Sugarman Group needs you!! We work with well-established local authorities and urgently require experienced Qualified Social Workers for ongoing contract assignments.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a proven track record within their specialist
sector.
Responsibilities within the position will include:
- To hold a caseload of more complex cases and to advise and support other social workers in relation to their cases through group work or peer support
- To write complex reports and undertake all administrative duties related to the social work function including maintaining electronic records as required
- Take responsibility to maintain knowledge and skills commensurate with Social Work professional standards through undertaking continuous professional development
- To be responsible for the day to day interpretation and implementation of statutory and departmental policy in the provision of casework and if appropriate group work or other social work services, to individuals, families and other groups
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work, CQSW/DipSW or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge Assessment Framework
- Post qualified children & families experience
- Full HCPC registration
- Eligibility to work within the UK
